Family Gateway is dedicated to providing housing and services designed to restore stability and self-sufficiency to your family.
Family Gateways case managers focus on assessing the needs of each individual family and creating a program of services to meet those needs. To be eligible, a family must have at least one child under the age of 18.
Families who would like to enter our programs will begin with an intake interview with a member of our staff. To begin the screening process, call 214-823-4500 ext. 201. Intake staff are available to take your call Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.. If calling after hours, please leave a message. Your call will be returned during office hours. You may be asked to bring certain documentation for an intake interview, including items such as birth certificates and proof of homelessness.
PLEASE NOTE: Intake interviews are available through appointment only and are held at the Annette G. Strauss Family Gateway Center
