I keep receiving multiple phone calls for someone claiming to be one of your operators. They keep tell me they are sending a licenced medicare expert to my home to discuss my benifits. I have asked everytime why they are calling and if they represent a government agency and I get a run around. I have not asked for any government agency state or federal to contact me. Please STOP CALLING ME!!! The calling number is always different and I am blocking them.. If you want to contact me for OFFICIAL BUSINESS AND NOT TO SELL ME SOMETHING DO IT BY MAIL. Apparently you have my name and phone number. Thank you.

Is anyone available to help me understand how everything works? May I setup an appointment to speak in person or is this a walk-in/first come place?
I went today to talk to them in person and they were able to help me resolve my issue. Nobody else was able to help me through the phone when I attempted multiple times. It was resolved in less than 30 min thanks to this office. I highly recommend them staff are super patient and explained everything well. Makes me wonder why every time I called nobody else could help me out the way they did in person.
