Online it shows I had an in person interview and shows I showed up but I did not even know I had an appointment. Trying to get a list of what is needed. Do I need to come in person? Do you accept walk in's? If not, how do I make an appointment?

Hi is there anyone that can help me with my benefits? I did an interview through the phone but my benefits are still pending even though i have gotten my snap card and there is no way to contact the benefits number as it sends you on a loop and am not able to speak to a person.
