For the past several years I have been hearing the children at 102 South Widgeon Court screaming "Help help, help me" at the top of their lungs, and their parents do nothing about it, or are not there. The kids do this every weekend it is nice out and all summer when they are not somewhere else. They are again screaming, I heard the older boy telling the young sibling to "Shut up or I'll hit you again" the parents either are not at home or do not care . The kids do this for hours at a time. Someone needs to check on them routinely, as I have visually seen the parents also go u=out in their vehicles with the youngest child sitting in their lap, not safely strapped into a child seat
