I have a 65 year old sibling that has supported herself and lived on her own since the age of 18, by working a variety of often part-time work, minimum wage jobs. She is lacking in understanding of things, and for her entire life has tried to put money in a savings account. She doesn't take advantage of any assistance, yet would qualify for pretty much everything. She did finally apply for medicaid and was approved. She wanted to retire at age 65, but has now still has to work because she doesn't have enough money. How can I go about making an appointment for her and can I speak with someone first so that the first meeting goes smoothly? Thank you very much!
