It is so hard to get a hold of the workers, what can we do.
I’ve been trying to get a hold of this office for over a month now. This is ridiculous and down right bad how no one answered the phone. You'r not taking walk ins so what is so hard about my case worker or DHS answering the phone. You can’t leave a voicemail this doesn’t make sense.
Do you know how I can get help with housing?
I've made several attempts to contact this office regarding my wife and I having guardianship for two of our grandchildren. We needed to contact their worker for documents that required case numbers, as well as food stamps for each of the children. I called and left a message...no response. I came to the office and was instructed to leave the children's social security numbers! We weren't given access to the worker because of HIPPA(?). We were told that the worker would contact us....didn't happen. It's been 3 weeks. If this was an emergency, God only knows what would have happened!

I can never get a hold of my caseworker. I constantly leave voice-mail and never hear back from her or the manager. How are we suppose to get help if no one answered.

I have been calling and calling nd never get through to a human and Ms. Brassell doesn't answer her phone either. I applied for Marketplace Insurance and was denied due to not meeting the income requirements, I faxed over all the documentation that was requested on 11/15 and again on 12/5 and have left several messages for T. Brassell and have not gotten a letter telling me what the status is or if I've been denied Medicade. Please, Please help me through this process as I need medical insurance for a pre existing condition and can't seem to get anyone to help me.

Never received call for food assistance interview from case worker and could not get through to anyone though phone number listed (313) 792-7700 to speak with anyone.
