I haven't got my EBT card in the mail yet is there away for me to get it faster I need the benefits that are for me to eat I have no one that can help me I really need that card can someone please email me and let me know what I can do please

When I called every time it always shuts off during the automated system. It wont let me make a selection. And one time I got through and they hung up or got disconnected. I really need to speak to someone in the assistance department.
They could have some more activities for kids there. But the place is always clean and the staff is pleasant.
