I received a phone a call phone from Mrs. Moore about information from New York Life and my daughter tried to fax it but some how she found out it was one number different. I tried to call about appeal for need of medical assistance. I listened for 10 minutes from prerecorded messages and found no questions/answers. I do not understand the one paper said that I could get over $5100 but I told someone that I get $3925. a month. There was another number and it was >$ 21,00 a month for benefits I am asking only for me. I have planned surgery for 5/11/23 that was already approved. The paper said it runs out on 5/4/23 so I need the coverage at least til 5/11/23.
