All of the workers at this office are polite and extremely helpful. I've had to come in several times because my caseworker is incompetent and doesn't do her job. I live in Pottstown but my caseworker is located in Norristown and she never returns my call. Every time I have had an issue, I was able to go to the Pottstown office and they fixed everything within minutes! Everyone is so nice there. I was even able to replace my access card, when it cracked, and it only took a few minutes.
I need to get in contact with a caseworker asap I've been getting nothing but a run around for almost two weeks now and I've called and its been noted for a call back for me and still nothing i was supposed to get my food stamps almost two weeks ago and can't get in contact with no one no matter who i call.
