I have downloded Compass and have sent papers and applyed or should i say filled out papers and sent them 10 times since 11/23 ,it says my user name is not found but i can go to website and sign in but can not from the app, i am done with trying so many time to do the right things,and apply on line or send anything, also with such poor web data were im at i end up re doing everything 3 times and than have to re do it again, and still gets lost, You should be me with fingers the size of being a mechanic my whole life and try to type on the mobil app, I even went to local office toapply and got no satisfaction but i did get a new snap card, good for a month, ive also had the same outcome with liheat, and since october 2023 ive been living in a garage,12x20,using electric heat till that gets shut off like my home did, no toilet,eating off cardbord, Maybe its my fault this all happened, seems like the people that cried about there bill and i cut them breaks now cant enjoy the retirement money they have, I enjoyed making people happy,doing a good job for them, and did expect to not have much retirement saved, but raised 2 good kids that have good jobs, my daughter lives 5 miles away,,, ya think i could wash my cloths or take a shower there? NO,But boy if she needs her car fixed,,,guess what,,, i have not had a shower or clean closes since since october 2023,,im cooking on a small gas stove,my car plates ran out in november 2023, and i cant get around ,insurance is ran out to.and i would rather eat than be clean i guess, December 8 2023 i applyed for SS, before that i had no income butnwhat parts ive had for 40 years in businnes , i even sold my 2003 HD i had to try to live,its pretty tough selling things ive had for over 55 years or 20 years that ment so much to me, but since i have PSA and arthritis , and swell like Musks bank acount when cold , what can i do, i was raised to rely only on yourself, Good time and bad. I was asked about my income,and bills that i have tried to foward to you, ok as of 01/14/2024 i receive SS in the amount of 937.00 My morgage is 345.00 a month and im 3 months behind, My building insurance is 282.00 a month,or more My building taxes are 3600.00 a year or more Electric is 100/150 a month and about 75.00 a month for vehicle insurance sewer is 30.00 a month and about a year behind, i have a well so my water is just electric, 137.00 for part B i think for health insurance, 49.00 SB Loan payment, and a pile of CC payments, my credit score in september 2023 was 805, It is now 550,,, Pandemic really hurt me as Dr said to stay away from everyone because of my auto ammuine health proublems. Im so sorry to wine, to you, but at least i got it off my mind, Life is hard enough to begin with,Sorry. anyway, the papers they asked for for income were gas well checks, and just got my statement for 2023 one statement i recived443.90 and taxes taken out were106.54 total i recived was 337.36 other statement was 230.69 taxes 55.94 total recived was 230.69 and i did 6 car inspections at 300.00. i have bank statements, and royalty papers to prove income, Thank You and i have no idea on how to sit down and apply since i tried that in Laporte pa office and also went to SS office in Towanda Pa and only was given a phone number to call at SS in Philly, that voice mail was alway full cnd could not help me. If ya blow me off , no problem im pretty use to it, And Thank You for your time if by chance you do read this or help in a reply.
